About Seth
Seth grew up in Marin County and has lived in San Francisco and Berkeley, ultimately returning to Marin to raise a family near some of the best hiking, biking, and surfing spots within commuting distance of any world-class city. Deeply passionate about helping people find their home in this unique area, Seth approaches every client relationship with honesty, authenticity, and a data-driven approach to guide decision making.
With over a decade of experience renovating and managing his own real estate portfolio, Seth has a keen eye for opportunities that others may overlook. He loves rolling up his sleeves-sometimes quite literally-to help clients realize their dreams and maximize their investments, leveraging a deep network of building experts and tradespeople to provide answers and insights.
Before embarking on his real estate career, Seth led Social Impact and Sustainability programs at Linkedln and Autodesk and managed community engagement initiatives at Keep Tahoe Blue and Save the Bay. His broad expertise includes design, construction, marketing, communications, project management, and negotiation. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Science from Colby College.
Seth brings an impact-first mindset to everything he does, grounded in a commitment to building thriving, inclusive communities. He currently serves on the Board of Environmental Traveling Companions, a nonprofit that offers outdoor adventure experiences such as whitewater rafting and sea kayaking for people with disabilities and underserved youth.
